Our Asphalt Patching Process

1. Sawcut and remove the damaged area – We use a cutoff saw to cut clean, straight edges around the failure area, then remove the damaged asphalt.

2. Rebuild and compact the base (if needed) – If the base has settled or washed out, we add new base material and compact it to create a solid foundation.

3. Apply tack coat for proper bonding – We apply tack to all edges so the new asphalt bonds tightly to the existing pavement.

4. Install, level, and compact new asphalt – We place fresh asphalt, rake it smooth, and compact it for a tight, durable finish.

 

When the repaired area is sealcoated, it blends in well with the surrounding pavement and provides a long-lasting result you can count on.
